Automa8 (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-native business automation platform. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is a product placeholder for early development — replace with counsel-reviewed terms before production launch.

• Workspace data you choose to sync: workflows, knowledge bases, execution logs, and connected integrations.

• Operate and secure the Automa8 service.
• Power AI features (copilot, agents, knowledge retrieval) within your workspace context.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate product updates you opt into.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use subprocessors (hosting, email delivery, model providers) under contractual safeguards. Customer workspace content is not used to train public foundation models unless you explicitly opt in to a documented program.

Retention & rights

We retain account and workspace data while your workspace is active and for a limited period afterward for backups and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion via Support.
